These super alkaline ingredients make for a delicious, nutrition packed smoothie.
21 OZ / 600 ML almond milk
2 EA apple
3.5 OZ / 100 G fresh kale
3.5 OZ / 100 G kiwi
1 OZ / 35 G unsalted cashews
4.5 OZ / 130 G fresh beetroot
Remove the core and cut the apple quarter. Remove the kale stems. Peel the kiwi. Roughly chop the beetroot.
Add almond milk, apple, kale, kiwi, cashews and beetroot. Blend for 1 minute / speed 10.
