Ingredients
3 OZ / 80 G egg white (room temperature)
2 OZ / 50 G sugar
2 OZ / 50 G powdered sugar
0.25 EA lemon juice
Directions
Heat up the oven to 100°C.
Make sure the mixing bowl is clean. Add egg white and lemon juice to the mixing bowl with the butterfly whisk. Whisk it with adding the sugar though the hole for 8 minutes / speed 4.
Remove the meringue and add it to the piping bag. Pipe the shape that you desired, then bake for 2 hours.
