Banana Oat Muffin

A simple but delicious recipe for oatmeal muffins, perfectly for gluten free diet.
Ingredients
5.5 OZ / 150 G rolled oat
10.5 OZ / 300 G oat flour
3 OZ / 80 G brown sugar
4 OZ / 120 ML oat milk
2 OZ / 60 ML vegetable oil
3 TSP baking powder
1 TSP baking soda
2 EA ripped banana
3 EA egg
2 TSP vanilla extract
2 TSP ground cinnamon
Directions
Add vegetable oil, brown sugar, bananas, egg, oat milk, vanilla extract into the mixing bowl. Chop for 15 seconds / speed 6. Scrape down the sides.
Add oat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix for 1 minute / speed 3 / reverse.
Preheat your oven to 320°F|160°C. Divide your mix into 10 muffin cases and bake for 22 minutes.
