10.5 OZ / 300 G flour
4.5 OZ / 125 G butter
5.25 OZ / 150 G sugar
3 EA eggs
1 TBSP baking powder
1.5 TBSP vanilla seed
1 TSP salt
2.5 OZ / 75 ML milk
3.5 OZ / 100 G chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 345°F|175°C.
Add flour, butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla powder, salt and milk to the mixing bowl. Knead the dough for 90 seconds.
Add chocolate chips to the mixing bowl. Knead for 90 seconds.
Pour the dough into small muffin case and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
