This South Asian inspired bread is made with yogurt and gives you a super soft finish.
Directions
Add the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 seconds / speed 2 / reverse.
Add your oil, yoghurt, and milk to the mixing bowl and knead for 2 minutes.
Lightly dust the surface and empty your dough. Your dough will be fairly wet. Shape to a smooth ball then allow to table rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 balls and roll out thinly into oval shapes.
Cook in a preheated oven at dry 450°F for 5 minutes. Try also cooking in a dry hot pan or broiler. Cooking times will vary based on the method used.
Brush with melted butter and then sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Enjoy your bread!
