Peanut Dip with Spring Onion

A tasty, nutty dip that can be made within 5 minutes!
2 SPRIGS spring onion
5 OZ / 150 G crème fraiche
2.5 OZ / 75 G peanut butter
0.5 TSP salt
0.25 TSP sambal oelek
O.5 EA lime (juice)
1 TBSP peanuts
Wash and trim the spring onions, slice them in half. Add to the mixing bowl and chop for 6 seconds / speed 6.
Squeeze lime juice to the mixing bowl. Add sambal, crème fraiche, peanut butter and salt to the mixing bowl. Blend for 45 seconds / speed 5.
Sprinkle with the chopped peanuts and serve. Keeps in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
