This creamy but spicy sauce is perfect for nachos, fajitas or empanadas.
Directions
Add both Jalapeño peppers to the mixing bowl, chop for 8 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides.
Add flour, butter, milk, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and cook for 8 minutes / 195°F|90°C / speed 3.
Add the cumin and cream cheese.
Mix everything again for 10 seconds / speed 5. Add seasoning, if necessary.
