Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G frozen shrimps
0.75 OZ / 20 G saltine cracker
1 TSP chives
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 TSP lemon zest
1 EA egg
1 TBSP flour
1 TBSP cooking oil
Directions
Dry the frozen shrimp with a kitchen towel and add them into the mixing bowl.
Roughly chop the shrimp for 15 seconds / speed 5.
Add saltine crackers to the mixing bowl. Wash and dry the chives and cut it into 2 inches (5 cm), add it into the mixing bowl as well.
Chop the mixture for 5 seconds / speed 10. Use spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add the marinade as of the following, salt, pepper, lemon zest, egg and mix well for 10 seconds / speed 1.
Form the shrimp mixture into 6 patties. Sparkle the flour on the surface of the shrimp ball.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil in the pan. When the oil is heated, add shrimp ball and pan fry them with the low to medium heat.
Slightly push the shrimp mixture and form a round shape. Pan fry the shrimp cakes until they become golden yellow on both sides.
Serve with mayonnaise or lemon wedges and enjoy your dish!
