This side dish cooked in the Multo offers a perfect way to save space on the stove during thanksgiving.
8 OZ / 225 G tender stem broccoli
4 OZ / 115 G kale
4 OZ / 115 G frozen peas
8 OZ / 225 G asparagus
1 TBSP pumpkin seeds
2 TSP butter
0.5 EA lemon (juice)
5 CLOVES garlic
17 OZ / 500 ML hot water
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Wash and trim the asparagus, kale and broccoli. Weigh all the vegetables.
Place your broccoli and asparagus in the deep steaming tray. Add your Kale and peas to the shallow steaming tray.
Add hot water to the mixing bowl and steam for 15 minutes. Remove the steamer and set aside. Empty the water from the mixing bowl.
Peel the garlic, then add to the mixing bowl. Use TURBO button to mince garlic for 3 seconds. Scrape down the sides.
Add the butter with the juice of half a lemon to the garlic.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Sauté for 2 minutes / 265°F|130°C.
Lay vegetables on a serving dish then drizzle over the melted butter, lastly sprinkling over the pumpkin seeds.
