A coffee-flavored Italian dessert layered with lady finger cookies, creamy mascarpone cheese, and sweet strawberries. This recipe creates a sweet, beautiful masterpiece that is sure to be a sweet-ending to any meal.
23 OZ / 650 G strawberries, divided
9 OZ / 250 G elderflower syrup, divided
9 OZ / 250 G whipping cream
14 OZ / 400 G plain Greek yogurt
9 OZ / 250 G ladyfingers
Place the strawberries and elderflower syrup in the mixing bowl. Cook the mixture for 6 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1.
Reduce and puree for 30 seconds / speed 4, gradually increasing the speed from 4-9.
Remove the resulting coulis and allow to cool for 1 hour. Clean the mixing bowl with cold water.
Insert the whisk. Put the whole cream in the mixing bowl.
Then whip the cream under close observation until it reaches the desired consistency for 3 minutes / speed 3.
Add the yogurt and the rest of the elderflower syrup.
And mix it in the cream for 10 seconds / speed 3. Remove the whisk.
Place half of the ladyfingers at the bottom of a (25 × 20 × 5 cm) baking dish.
Spread half of the strawberry coulis over the top, followed by half of the yogurt cream, and then cover with the remaining ladyfingers.
Spread the rest of the strawberry coulis over the top and cover with the remaining yogurt cream. Cover the tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
