A quick recipe creates this delicious, smooth and creamy classic pudding laced with delicious vanilla flavor.
Ingredients
1 EA vanilla pod
17 OZ / 500 ML milk
2 EA egg yolks
2 OZ / 60 G sugar
1 PINCH salt
1.5 OZ / 40 G corn flour
Directions
Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds.
Add pod and seeds and all the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl.
Cook for 4 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 3.
Pour the mixture into a bowl that has been rinsed in cold water and remove the vanilla pod.
Serve lukewarm or cold. Enjoy!

TIP:
- Use glasses to serve and create alternate layers of crushed chocolate biscuits or brownies and custard. It looks fabulous and tastes delicious.
