Light and fluffy bread, packed with whole grains enriched with essential nutrients.
Ingredients
6.5 OZ / 190 G milk, 3.5% fat
0.25 OZ / 5 G yeast
0.25 OZ / 5 G sugar
3.75 OZ / 110 G yogurt
6.5 OZ / 190 G plain flour
6.5 OZ / 190 G wholegrain flour
1 PINCH salt
Directions
Add lukewarm milk, yoghurt, yeast and sugar to the mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds / speed 1.
Leave the mixture rise inside the bowl to activate the yeast for 10 minutes / 140F | 60C / speed 1 / reverse.
Add wholegrain flour, plain flour and salt to the mixing bowl.
Start Knead mode for 2 minutes.
Cover and set in warm place to let rise for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 390F | 200C and bake the bread for 30 minutes.
