Ingredients
17.5 OZ / 500 G baby back ribs
3.5 OZ / 100 G BBQ sauce
0.5 TBSP worcestershire sauce
1 TSP smoked paprika
1 OZ / 35 G ketchup
0.5 TSP dried thyme
0.5 TSP black pepper
0.5 TSP salt
42.5 OZ / 1.2 L hot water
Directions
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Mix the BBQ sauce, worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, ketchup, dried thyme, black pepper and salt in a glass bowl. Stir the sauce in the glass bowl.
Mix your sauce into the ribs and marinate for 30 minutes.
Once done, put your ribs into the simmering basket. Add water to the mixing bowl and place your simmering basket with the ribs inside. Cook using the steaming mode for 1 hour.
