If you are not completely satisfied with your Multo™ purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. CookingPal® will pay for return shipping. Submit your return request on our website www.cookingpal.com; or contact CookingPal® Customer Support Center at support@cookingpal.com or call (866) 548-3092.

The Return Policy of CookingPal products follows the terms and conditions below:

FULL REFUND
To receive full refund, the product being returned should be any of the following:
- A wrong item, i.e. not the item you ordered
- Defective through no fault of the customer

The product should be returned unopened or unused and must be in its original condition when received by the customer to avail of full refund.

PARTIAL REFUND
You will only receive partial refund if the product being returned is:

- Open and Used Items
We may require restocking fee if the item has been opened and used.


- Missing any parts or accessories
The retail price of the missing parts or accessories shall be deducted from your refund.

- Damaged through customer's own fault
The amount of your refund may be reduced if found after assessment that the product returned sustained other damages through the fault of the customer. This assessment is based on our team's product knowledge and expertise.

NO REFUND
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on orders where the product being returned is:
- Showing signs of obvious misuse or user error
- Purchased through an unauthorized seller

WHEN TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO US
Please return the product to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. You may submit a return request on our website or contact our customer service team at support@cookingpal.com

From the date of receiving the shipping label, the customer has a grace period of 14 days of return the product to us. If the shipping label is not used within this period, CookingPal will count the refund as invalid or void.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR REFUND
A refund request shall be processed after we have received and assessed the product. Please be advised that entitlement to refund is determined only after the assessment.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
- CookingPal will shoulder return shipping costs.
- We want to make things easier for you. If you have lost the original packaging, we will send the packaging materials right to your doorstep thru the local courier.
- Shipping fees incurred on the purchase of the product will not be refunded.
