Yes, there is a creative solution around it. First, use the shallow steaming tray as a stencil. Second, turn the insert base upside down to get rid of the extra parchment paper on the sides. This should also prevent the egg or liquids from leaking through the gaps. We suggest to wet the parchment paper first before placing it.
