This finger-licking, cluckin' good Chicken Nuggets are just so crispy and juicy. But what makes our Chicken Nuggets so special, you ask? Well, for starters, they're made with 100% real chicken meat - no beaks or feathers in sight!
These Chicken Nuggets will be your children's favorites. It is made with chicken breast and a surprise flavor from cream cheese. A quick, healthy delicious meal in one bite.
Ingredients
17.5 OZ / 500 G chicken breast
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
4 OZ / 120 G cream cheese
7 OZ / 200 G breadcrumbs
2 EA eggs
Directions
Slice your chicken breast. Add the chicken breast, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl. Grind the meat with the measuring cup inserted for 30 seconds / speed 6.
Add the cream cheese and a quarter of the breadcrumbs into the mixing bowl. Mix for 40 seconds / speed 2.
Take a teaspoon of the chicken mixture and shape it into balls with your hands. Repeat the process until you finish with all of the mixture. Freeze the balls for 10 minutes. Flatten the balls slightly and reserve.
Beat the egg in a medium-sized bowl, then cover the nuggets with egg before coating in the remaining breadcrumbs. You can cook them as you like: fried, baked, or air-fried till cooked through.
You can serve the nuggets with ketchup. Enjoy your dish!
Recipe Note
TIPS:
Before cooking the nuggets, freeze them for another 15 minutes. This will allow them to keep their shape.
If you want to make them healthier, substitute the breadcrumbs with oat or coconut flour.
