These popsicles are made with a mixture of refreshing strawberries, kiwis and mangoes. With a little touch of lime juice and sugar, this snack is for all ages!
Ingredients
5.5 OZ / 150 G sugar
5.5 OZ / 150 ML water
1 OZ / 25 ml lime juice
17.5 OZ / 500 G strawberries
17.5 OZ / 500 G kiwi
17.5 OZ / 500 G mango
Directions
Peel and remove your mango stone. Peel the kiwi. Remove the stem of the strawberry.
Add the sugar, water and lime juice into the mixing bowl. Cook syrup for 5 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 2 / stir. Empty the bowl and cool down.
Add the fruits and the syrup into the mixing bowl. Blend your fruit with the measuring cup inserted for 1 minute / speed 10.
Pour the fruit mix into popsicle molds and freeze them overnight.
Unmold the popsicles carefully. Enjoy your snacks!

You can use frozen or canned fruit if you cannot find it fresh.
You can add fruit chunks into the molds to add extra texture.
