It’s fall, and that means it’s pumpkin season! In this recipe, we will be incorporating the autumn favorite pumpkin with scrumptious to make this pumpkin chocolate brownies. These chewy brownies will make a perfect addition to Halloween Parties or Thanksgiving Celebrations.

17.5 OZ / 500 G pumpkin
3 OZ / 90 G cocoa powder
1 TSP vanilla extract
3.5 OZ / 100 G butter (softened)
3.5 OZ / 100 G Macadamia nuts
7 OZ / 200 G sugar
3.5 OZ / 100 G milk chocolate
3.5 OZ / 100 G all purpose flour
3 EA eggs
1 TSP all spice
1 TSP ginger powder
34 OZ / 1L water
Prepare the pumpkin by removing the skin and cut into 2 inch chunks.
Place in simmering basket.
Add the water to the mixing bowl and add the pumpkin in the simmering basket. Steam for 10 minutes.
Once the pumpkin is cooked remove and allow to cook down for 10 minutes. Wash and clean the bowl.
Attach the butterfly whisk. Add eggs, vanilla and sugar to the mixing bowl, mix for 3 minutes / speed 4.
Add the butter, cocoa, flour, ginger and all spice to the egg mixture and mix for 2 minutes / speed 2.
Once fully combined add the macadamia, chocolate pieces and pumpkin to the bowl and mix for 20 seconds / speed 2 / reverse.
Preheat your oven at 350°F|175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread evenly the batter and bake for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool down slightly for eating as brownie should still be gooey.
