Turn your everyday oatmeal into an extraordinary one with loads of protein and creaminess from the cheese, milk and yogurt. Have it ready in less than 15 minutes!
Ingredients
3.5 OZ / 100 G rolled oats
10.5 OZ / 300 G greek yogurt
7 OZ / 200 ML milk
1 TBSP chives
2 SPRIGS basil
2 SPRIGS parsley
1 TSP garlic powder
2 OZ / 50 G cheddar
0.5 TSP pepper
0.5 TSP salt
2 EA sun dried tomato
Directions
Add your oats into the mixing bowl along with the garlic powder. Toast the oats for 5 minutes / 265°F|130°C. Remove from the mixing bowl, then clean the bowl.
Wash and pick your herbs, then add your chives, parsley, basil, sundried tomato and cheese to the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds / speed 6. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Insert the butterfly whisk into the mixing bowl. Add the oat, milk and Greek yogurt. Mix for 30 seconds / speed 2 / stir. Place in the fridge and allow to chill overnight to soften everything up.
Serve with a freshly boiled egg. Enjoy!

TIP:
If the mix is very thick, combine a little more milk to loosen things up.
