This sweet but tangy yuzu jelly will cool down the Summer heat. Its freshness will boost your energy during the day!
Ingredients
3.5 OZ / 100 G yuzu juice concentrated
10.5 OZ / 300 G water
7 OZ / 200 G sugar
0.5 OZ / 15 G pectin
0.5 OZ / 15 G corn syrup
Directions
Add your sugar, water and corn syrup to the mixing bowl and make a syrup. Then cook for 10 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 3 / stir.
Add your pectin and concentrated yuzu juice to the mixing bowl and cook the jelly with the butterfly whisk inserted for 8 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 3 / stir. Whilst the jelly is cooking, line a baking sheet with cling film in preparation. Pour the jelly over the cling film and allow to set for a few hours.
Enjoy your dish! You can use different kinds of flavor of juice for the jelly, but you may need to play around with the sugar and water content.
