Your Smart Kitchen Hub may be out of battery. To ensure that the Hub is charged, we recommend you to use the provided charging cable and connect the Hub to the Main Unit (base of the appliance).
So:
You can charge the Hub via the port on the right side of the feet underneath the rubber seal, which you can see in an image below:
You can also view where the power button and USB port is on our Main Unit in the image below. Please ensure that the charging cable is fully plugged into the USB port and the machine is powered on ("I" pressed)to charge properly.
Let your Hub charge for at least 30 minutes.
