Turbo mode sets the blade to extra high speed, use it to purée apples, grind nuts, pulvarize sugar or make rice flour.

Turbo can be accessed through the Manual mode. Press the Unlock Turbo button to unlock the function for 10 sec. To activate it, press the jog dial on the Hub or the control button on the main unit. Turbo mode will be locked after 10 seconds as a safety precaution.

Turbo mode is also available in all guide recipes when necessary for a given step.
