Don't worry, you can avoid this mistake next time. Before starting the food preparation, be sure to cool the mixing bowl first by crushing 10 ice cubes using the Turbo mode or by simply storing it in the refrigerator for a few hours. After that, empty out the bowl and wipe the insides clean. Only then you can start with the sorbet recipe.
