I was wondering why the cream desserts I made came out undercooked even though I followed the recipe. Any possible explanation?

When we created the recipes, we used ingredients at room temperature (20°C). This can mean that if you made use of ingredients such as milk and eggs that came straight from the refrigerator, they may need more time to cook for approximately 2 to 3 more minutes. The issue of texture is highly dependent on temperature and storage conditions of the ingredients. These factors affect the length of cooking time.
