Quick and easy, creamy sauce with butter and orange cheddar cheese as a condiment to your vegetables and potato chips.
Directions
Roughly chop your cheddar, then add to the mixing bowl. Chop your cheese for 20 seconds / speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Insert your butterfly whisk into the mixing bowl, then add your butter, milk and flour. Cook your sauce for 10 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 2 / stir.
Enjoy your sauce! This serves as a great dip and it is better served warm. Add more milk for a rich cheesy pasta sauce.
