This smooth creamy boozy festive treat is great for your new year's eve party.
Ingredients
1 EA vanilla pod
21 OZ / 600 ML milk
3 EA egg yolks
5,5 OZ / 150 G sugar
1 PINCH salt
1.5 OZ / 40 ML Bourbon
Directions
Halve the vanilla pod vertically, scrape out the seeds. Add all the ingredients in the mixing bowl.
Make sure the measuring cup is inserted, cook the custard for 5 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 3.
With the spatula give the custard a good mix. Attach the lid again and cook for 5 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 3. Remove the vanilla pod and transfer to glasses.
Either serve warm or allow to cool in the fridge serving cold. Adjust the sugar content as desired. Enjoy!
