Savory forcemeat with pork, chicken and spices. An awesome stuffing for your turkey!
Ingredients
0.5 TSP fennel seed
0.5 TSP smoked paprika
1 EA egg
1 TSP black pepper
1 EA yellow onion
1 TSP salt
3.5 OZ / 100 G bread crumbs
9 OZ / 250 G ground pork
9 OZ / 250 G ground chicken
Directions
Peel and quarter the onion, then add it to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop your onion for 6 seconds / speed 6. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Insert the butterfly whisk into the mixing bowl and add all the dry spices along with the ground pork, ground chicken, egg and breadcrumbs. Combine all the ingredients for 30 seconds / speed 3. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Reattach your lid, then mix again for 30 seconds / speed 3.
You have made it!

TIPS:
Use whatever spices you have in your cupboard or even a dry spice mix.
Roll these into balls or stuff them inside a whole chicken for a perfect Sunday roast.
