This smooth and yummy fudge is made with condensed milk, butter, and vanilla for an extra aromatic flavor that just melts in your mouth!
Ingredients
9 OZ / 250 G icing sugar
1 OZ / 30 G golden syrup
1 TBSP vanilla bean paste
2.5 OZ / 70 G butter
10.5 OZ / 300 G condensed milk (1 can)
1.5 OZ / 40 ML milk
Directions
Add the icing sugar, milk, golden syrup, condensed milk and butter to the mixing bowl. Melt for 5 minutes / 195°F|90°C / speed 2 / stir.
Carefully insert the butterfly whisk into the mixing bowl and then cook the fudge with the measuring cup removed for 25 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 2 / stir.
Add the vanilla to the mixing bowl and insert the measuring cup. Whip your fudge for 3 minutes / speed 4. Once done, empty the fudge onto a baking sheet lined with grease-proof paper and allow to cool down for at least 4 hours at room temperature.

TIPS:
You can substitute the golden syrup with honey in the same amount.
Try not to put this fudge in the fridge, as it will dry out.
