Ingredients
8.75 OZ / 250 G butter
1 BUNCH flat parsley
1 BUNCH chives
1 BUNCH dill
1 CLOVE garlic
1 TSP salt
1 PINCH pepper
Directions
Wash the parsley, chives and dill and shake them dry. Cut the chives into fine little rings, remove the parsley leaves from their stalks. Peel the garlic.
Add the butter, herbs, garlic, salt and 1 big pinch of pepper into mixing bowl and mix for 6 seconds / speed 8. Using spatula to scrape down the sides of mixing bowl.

TIPS
The butter will keep for two weeks in the refrigerator and can also be frozen.
If you like your herb butter finer, cut the chives into small rings and put them into the mixing bowl with the parsley. Chop for 6 seconds/speed 8. Then continue following the recipe (i.e. from peeling the garlic).
