Gluten-free pizza bites are a great treat for a party!
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G white quinoa (cooked)
2 OZ / 50 G tomato paste
2 CLOVES garlic
1 OZ / 25 G basil
1 TSP oregano
2 OZ / 60 G mozzarella cheese
10.5 OZ / 300 G ground pork
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 TSP smoked paprika
26.5 OZ / 750 ML water
Directions
Add your fresh basil and garlic into the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop the mix for 10 seconds / speed 6.
Add your cooked quinoa, tomato paste, pork mince, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Combine the pizza ball mix for 30 seconds / speed 4.
Cut your mozzarella into 16 cubes. Divide your meat mixture into 16 also, then flatten slightly. Add a piece of mozzarella inside and wrap them up into a ball. Arrange in the deep steaming tray.
Add your water to the mixing bowl and insert your deep steaming tray. Steam your balls for 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove and serve immediately.
