Have these keto friendly snacks before or after a workout. These protein treats will give you the extra energy you need.
Ingredients
5.5 OZ / 150 G rolled oats
2 TBSP chocolate-flavored protein powder
2 TBSP flaxseeds
1 TSP chia seeds
1 TBSP pumpkin seeds
4.5 OZ / 125 G peanut butter
2 OZ / 55 G sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Directions
Add the oats to the mixing bowl. Chop for 6 seconds / speed 4.
Add protein powder, flax seed, chia seed, pumpkin seed, peanut butter and chocolate chips to mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients for 20 seconds / speed 3. Scrape down the sides.
Mix the ingredients again for 20 seconds / speed 3. Remove the mix from the mixing bowl and place in the fridge for half an hour. If the filling is either to wet or dry, adjust the ingredient to get the desired hand-rolled texture.
Portion mixture using a tablespoon. Roll each portion into a ball and place on a plate. Refrigerate in an airtight container till needed.
