Directions

1. Rinse the rice under cold water by scrubbing the rice. Pour out the milky water and continue to rinse until water is clear. Drain the rice.

2. Add the rice and cold water to the pressure cooker. Close the lid and pressure cook at high pressure using the pressure cook mode for 5 minutes.

3. Enjoy your dish!
