Fun and fruity frozen boozy beverage perfect for sipping on hot summer afternoons.

1 BOTTLE rosé

8 OZ / 225 G strawberries, plus more for serving

8 OZ / 225 G raspberries, plus more for serving

4 OZ / 120 G granulated sugar

4 OZ / 120 ML water

1 TBSP fresh lemon juice

8 OZ / 225 G ice
Directions
Pour rosé into baking pan or dish and freeze 6 hours, until almost solid.
Hull and half strawberries and add to mixing bowl.
Add raspberries, sugar, water and lemon juice, remove the measuring cup and cook berries for 25 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1 / stir.
Allow mixture to cool for 10 minutes, then strain through fine mesh sieve.
Add frozen rosé, cooled and strained simple syrup and ice to mixing bowl and blend 10 seconds / speed 4.
Return mixture to same baking pan or dish and freeze until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, transfer mixture to mixing bowl and blend for 10 seconds / speed 4.
Divide among serving glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and strawberries.

TIPS:
- For a non-alcoholic drink, combine simple syrup with ice and chilled sparkling water.
- Try this with blueberries or blackberries.
- Reduce amount of simple syrup added to make drink less sweet.
- Simple syrup can also be served over ice cream for another sweet treat.
