Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G Tuna brine
1 SPRIG parsley
5.5 OZ / 150 G cream cheese
0.5 EA lemon, for juice and zest
1 TSP capers
0.5 TSP smoked paprika powder
2 OZ / 50 G mayonnaise
0.5 TSP salt
Directions
Open the tin of tuna and allow to drain. Zest and juice the half lemon.
Pick the leaves of parsley and add to mixing bowl. Process for 10 seconds / speed 5. Empty into a bowl and place to one side.
Add the tuna, cream cheese, lemon juice and zest, paprika powder, and salt. Blend for 30 seconds / speed 5.
Add the parsley, mayonnaise, and capers to the tuna mix. Blend for 10 seconds / speed 2.
Add to a container and store in the fridge. Enjoy your dish!
