Blueberry Rosemary Cooler

A honey-sweetened fruit drink with a hint of rosemary.
Ingredients

8 OZ / 230 G fresh blueberries

12.5 OZ / 355 ML water
-
5.5 OZ / 150 G honey
-
1 TSP lemon zest
-
5.5 OZ / 155 ML fresh lemon juice
-
24 EA ice cubes
-
12.5 OZ / 355 ML club soda or plain seltzer

6 SPRIGS rosemary
Directions
Add blueberries and rosemary leaves to mixing bowl and chop for 4 seconds / speed 7.
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Add water, honey, lemon zest and juice to mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute / speed 7.
Fill 6 tall glasses with ice.
Pour blueberry mixture over ice and top off with club soda or seltzer.
Garnish with rosemary sprigs and blueberries and serve right away.
