Bring the most famous butterbeer from Harry Potter straight to your home with Multo's magic spell. This drink is made with a creamy caramel sauce and dark beer or vanilla soda. It is customized to satisfy the cravings of all Potterheads and even muggles!
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G brown sugar
3.5 OZ / 100 G butter
12.5 OZ / 350 ML heavy cream
1 TSP rum extract
35.5 OZ / 1 L dark beer
1 TSP nutmeg
Directions
Add your brown sugar, butter and 1/2 cup of heavy cream and rum extract into the mixing bowl. Remove the measuring cup, then cook the caramel for 7 minutes / 265°F|130°C / speed 1 / stir. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl and remove the mixture. Let cool for at least 15 minutes or until thickened.
With the butterfly whisk inserted, pour the remaining heavy cream. Mix for 1 minute 20 seconds / speed 4.
Pour 3 TBSP of caramel sauce into each beer jar. Carefully pour the dark beer and top it with whipped cream, then add a pinch of nutmeg on top.

Recipe Note
TIPS:
If the heavy cream is cold, it will whip much better.
If you do not want to use alcohol, you can substitute the beer with vanilla soda.
Keep your beer jars in the freezer until you use them.
