Ingredients
3 EA onion
3 TBSP balsamic vinegar
3 TBSP brown sugar
0.5 TSP salt
3 TBSP olive oil
Directions
Peel your onion and roughly chop, then add your onions to the mixing bowl. Chop for 6 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
TIP: If you want chunky onions, you can adjust the speed.
Add your sugar, oil, salt and vinegar to the mixing bowl. Cook your onions with the measuring cup removed for 35 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 2 / stir. Remove your onions from the mixing bowl and allow them to cool before serving.
