Indulgent truffle laced through luxurious comte cheese. Served hot or cold, you are onto a winner with this one.
Ingredients
1 OZ / 30 G flour
1 OZ / 30 G butter
10.5 OZ / 300 ML milk
1 TSP salt
1 PINCH white pepper
1 TBSP truffle paste
7 OZ / 200 G comte cheese
Directions
Add flour, butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl. Cook with the butterfly whisk inserted for 7 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 2.
Remove the rind off the cheese and roughly chop. Remove the butterfly whisk then add the cheese to the mixing bowl along with the truffle and mix it for 1 minute / speed 4.
