This South East Asian classic works well to accompany chicken, beef, or pork skewers served on the side or over the top as a sauce.
Ingredients

5.5 OZ / 150 G yellow onion (about 1 small)

1 EA garlic clove

2.5 TBSP brown sugar

3.5 OZ / 100 G peanut sauce

2 TBSP soy sauce

5.5 OZ / 150 ML coconut milk

1 TSP chili powder

0.5 TSP salt
Directions
Peel and halve the onion, then add it to the mixing bowl. Chop the onion for 4 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
Peel the garlic and add it to the mixing bowl. Chop the garlic for 4 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
Add your brown sugar to the mixing bowl. Remove the measuring cup and cook the sauce for 3 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1.
Add your peanut sauce and soy sauce to the mixing bowl. Cook it again for 5 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1.
Add coconut milk, chili powder and salt. Cook the sauce for 4 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1.
