Ginger and rum is an age old combination full of spice and sweetness this cocktail is elevated with a twist of lime.
Directions
Add the Ice to the mixing bowl along with the ginger beer, molasses and lime juice. Crush the ice and ginger beer mix for 45 seconds / speed 10.
Empty the contents into the glass and divide the rum between the two glasses. Garnish with lime and serve immediately.

Recipe Note
TIP: Don't put the rum in the drink too early as it will cause the drink to melt quicker.
