Steamed Asparagus cooked to perfection using our deep steaming tray. Steaming asparagus allows for all the nutrients to be kept inside.
Ingredients
17.75 OZ / 500 G green asparagus
2 TBSP olive oil
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
17.75 OZ / 500 G hot water
Directions
Prepare the asparagus by peeling the stem and removing the woody party of the asparagus. Arrange in the deep steaming tray.
Add the hot water and attach the deep steaming basket. Drizzle the olive oil over the top along with the salt and pepper. Cook the asparagus for 15 minutes / 265°F|130°C / speed 1 / stir.
Enjoy your dish! Serve it with any main course or chopped up in a salad or pasta dish.
