Ingredients
10.5 OZ / 300 G all-purpose flour
0.5 TSP baking soda
2.5 OZ / 75 G butter
1 OZ / 25 G brown sugar
4 TBSP ground ginger
1 TBSP ground cinnamon
1 PINCH salt
2 EA eggs
2.5 OZ / 75 G molasses
Directions
Add your butter, sugar and molasses to the mixing bowl. Melt your mix for 3 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 2 / stir.
Add your flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt and egg to the mixing bowl. Mix your dough for 45 seconds / speed 3 / stir. Once mixed, remove from the mixing bowl. Shape the dough into a ball before chilling it down for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Preheat your oven to 360°F / 180°C. Roll out your gingerbread to about 1/8 of an inch before cutting to your desired shape. Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool down before eating.
