1 TSP salt
5.5 OZ / 150 G cheddar
2 OZ / 50 G parmesan
14 OZ / 400 ML milk
2 OZ / 50 G american cheese
1.5 OZ / 40 G butter
2 OZ / 50 G plain flour
2 PINCH nutmeg
1 PINCH pepper
62 OZ / 1.75 L water
Add water to the mixing bowl and boil for 10 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1.
Place simmering basket into the mixing bowl and add macaroni. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions until al dente with the measuring cup inserted for 12 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1. Once cooked, remove the simmering basket with your spatula and place into a large bowl, drain your pasta. Empty the mixing bowl.
Cut the cheddar and parmesan cheese into cubes. Add cheddar, parmesan and american cheese into the mixing bowl and grate the cheese for 10 seconds / speed 7.
Add milk, butter, flour, nutmeg and pepper to the mixing bowl. Cook the sauce for 10 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 1.
Add macaroni to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds / speed 2 / stir. Remove the measuring cup and place the spatula inside the lid opening for stirring.
Season to taste and serve. Enjoy!
