2 TBSP corn syrup
Directions
Add your frozen fruit and corn syrup to the mixing bowl. With the measuring cup inserted, chop the fruit for 20 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Blend the mix again with the measuring cup inserted for 20 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Insert your butterfly whisk into the mixing bowl and with the measuring cup inserted, whip your mango for 1 minute 30 seconds / speed 3.
TIP: This process will help to add air to your mango to make it smoother.
