Ingredients
1 TSP fine sea salt
14 OZ / 400 ML vegetable stock
24.5 OZ / 700 G carrot
2 OZ / 50 G butter
0.25 TSP white pepper
Directions
Peel the skin off the carrot then top and tail. Roughly chop and add to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add your stock and butter to the mixing bowl. Then, process with the measuring cup inserted 25 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1 / stir.
Add the salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Process for 45 seconds / speed 8.
