1 EA garlic clove
1 EA green chili
1 EA beef stock cube
14 OZ / 400 G tomatillo
1 OZ / 30 G cilantro
1 TSP salt
0.5 TSP pepper
2 OZ / 50 ML water
21 OZ / 600 G beef steak (chopped)
2 TBSP vegetable oil
14 OZ / 400 G canned beans (cooked)
2 OZ / 50 G cilantro (chopped)
3.5 OZ / 100 G cambray onions (roasted)
2 OZ / 50 G chopped onion
Cut bacon into cubes. Peel garlic. Cut green chili peppers tail. Cut tomatillos into quarters.
Add bacon to the mixing bowl. Close the lid with the measuring cup removed and sauté in sauté mode for 5 minutes. Reserve.
Add garlic, chili peppers, beef stock cube, tomatillo, cilantro, salt, pepper, and water into the bowl. Close the lid and chop for 20 seconds / speed 5.
Add vegetable oil to the mixing bowl. Close the lid and cook with the measuring cup removed using sauté mode for 5 minutes.
Add the meat, bacon and cook everything together. Close the lid with the measuring cup inserted and cook for 20 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1 / stir.
Serve the meat with cooked beans, cilantro, onion and cambray onions.
