Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G flour
3 OZ / 90 G butter
1 OZ / 25 G almond flour
2 OZ / 50 G icing sugar
1 EA egg
7 OZ / 200 G plums
Directions
Freeze the butter for 60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 355°F |180°C.
Remove the stone of the plums and cut into quarters.
Add flour, frozen butter and icing sugar to the mixing bowl.
Knead the dough using the knead mode for 90 seconds.
Add egg to mixing bowl.
Mix using the knead mode for 2 minutes.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Place the dough in a tartlet mold and spread the plums on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
