Ingredients
1 EA onion
6 EA poblano peppers (peeled)
1 OZ / 30 G butter
10.5 OZ / 300 G sour cream
7 OZ / 200 G cream cheese
5.5 OZ / 150 G manchego cheese (grated)
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Directions
Cut poblano peppers into strips. Peel and cut half of the onion into thin strips.
Add the butter, onion, and poblano strips to the mixing bowl. Cook in sauté mode for 8 minutes / 250°F|120°C
Add sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste into the mixing bowl. Cook with the measuring cup removed for 5 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 2.
Add the grated cheese to the mixing bowl. Cook with the measuring cup removed for 30 seconds / 212°F|100°C / speed 2.
Serve the poblano rajas with chicken breast. You can also make it as a dip for your tortilla chips or serve it inside a taco. Enjoy your dish!
