3 CLOVE garlic
16 OZ / 455 G ground pork
1 TBSP fish sauce
2 TBSP soy sauce
0.5 TSP ground black pepper
4 EA portobello mushrooms
17.5 OZ / 500 ML water
Prepare the mushroom by trimming and removing the stalk, but reserve the stalk for the filling. Trim off the roots from the green onions, peel the garlic, then add the green onion, cilantro, mushroom stalk and garlic to the mixing bowl. Chop with the measuring up inserted for 10 seconds / speed 8.
Attach the butterfly whisk to the mixing bowl. Add pork, fish sauce, salt, soy and pepper to the mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients with the measuring cup inserted for 1 minute / speed 2 / stir. Empty the mixing bowl and clean it out well.
Stuff the mushrooms with the pork filling, then divide between both the deep and shallow steaming trays. Add your water to the mixing bowl and attach the steaming trays with the mushrooms on them. Attach the steamer lid and steam your mushrooms for 10 minutes. Once done, add onto a plate and serve.
