10.5 OZ / 300 G flour
4.5 OZ / 125 G butter
5.25 OZ / 150 G sugar
3 EA eggs
1 TBSP baking powder
1.5 TBSP Vanilla Powder
1 TSP salt
2.5 OZ / 75 ML milk
3.5 OZ / 100 G sunflower seeds
Preheat the oven to 345°F|175°C.
Add flour, butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla powder, salt and milk to the mixing bowl.
Knead the dough using the knead mode for 90 seconds.
Add sunflower seeds to the mixing bowl.
Mix using the knead mode for 90 seconds.
Pour the dough into small muffin case and bake in the preheated oven for 20 min.
